Romkatel organized a workshop where Anritsu and FimoTec held a presentation, divided in two different modules: “Quality measurements using the Anritsu instruments” and “FimoTec products for easy and lasting installations”.

Laszlo Pelikan, Anritsu’s representant, made a practical demonstration of measuring the distance to fault, the VSWR, the return loss and cable loss using the S332D site-master and explained the necessary steps to reach the final results.

Laszlo Pelikan was followed by Francesco Solfrizzo, who introduced the latest products of FimoTec: clamps, grounding kits and insulating materials for coaxial cables.

Due to the success of this workshop, Romkatel decided to make it a regular event and invite all the subcontractors and RF engineers who want to improve their knowledge in this domain.
